Pre-Registration (Programs for Adults)

Use this form if you are interested in one of our adult programs, workshops or other services, or if you are interested in scheduling a private coaching session (for ages 18 and older).

Please be aware that submitting a form does not enroll you in a class or other program. After your information has been received, a Curtain Up Classroom staff member will contact you to complete the registration process. Enrollment is finalized upon payment.
